By accessing and using SLAVTECH's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
SLAVTECH provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, AIO optimization, email marketing, Google Ads management, and Meta Ads management. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual service agreements.
Clients agree to:
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in suspension of services.
Upon full payment, clients own the deliverables created specifically for them. SLAVTECH retains ownership of proprietary tools, methodologies, and pre-existing materials. We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
SLAVTECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, client is responsible for payment of all services rendered. We will provide reasonable transition assistance.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
